Consignment Sales: Spring 2012

Spring is in the air! These days we all watch our family’s budget. Whether it´s shopping with coupons or looking for great deals, we are all taking advantage of all sorts of offers and savings that help us stretch our budget.

If you do not live in the DFW area, still check these websites for consignment sales in your city, throughout the US, or for franchise opportunities. JBF, 3 sisters

We wisemommies attend consignment sales to help dress our toddlers on a budget. Whether you want to cheaply stock up your child’s library with some great books, double your shoe collection or add to your child’s clothing selection, you can find just about anything at these sales. What about a sandbox, slide or swing set for consignment sales_2outside? Want to save $50-150 on a stroller or highchair? This is also your chance to find those adorable Easter outfits!

Every year, even when I think I have nothing to find, there is a treasure awaiting me at one of the below sales. Last year, we found some great coats, a fabulous security gate, extra kitchen supplies, and some more books.

Especially when we were pregnant and first-time moms, we took advantage, registering in advance, for the opportunity to SHOP FIRST.

You can also make money from your child’s old clothes and toys by reselling, earning up to 80%, and put profits towards buying gently used outfits or toys at a big discount.

Here is a guide to some of our favorite consignment sales in the Dallas area:
