Kids Yoga Summer Camps – Balance, Breathe, and Bend! at We Yogis, Dallas.

Looking for ways to keep the kiddos busy and active this summer?
We Yogis welcomes children ages 3 to 10 who will not only get a great yoga workout specially geared age appropriately during the two-hour camp, they will also create crafts and enjoy healthy snacks. Music, movement, and breath are used creatively to help children develop strength, flexibility, and focus.

Great for building confidence and preserving individuality. See schedule below – camps run Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 2pm-4pm (with option to stay extra hour) during June and first 2 weeks of August. Week #1
Diggin into Yoga (June 2, 4,6):
This camps introduces basic seated and standing poses as kids learn to dig into yoga as well as learn about the Earth.

Week #2
Splish Splash Splits!
(June 9,11,13):
This camp introduces flexibility poses as kids also learn about water-filled activities.

Week #3
Sunny and Strong
(June 16, 18, 20):
This camp focuses on strength and core poses as kids learn about heat and building some of their own.

Week #4
Feel Good, It’s All Good
(June 23, 25, 27):
Explore emotions through yoga, stories, and crafts. Healthy ways to express our feelings and how yoga can help make us feel good!

Week #5
Breathe, Bend, & Balance
(Aug 4,6,8):
Kids learn to control and slow down their breath as they encounter challenging poses of backbends, balancing & more!

Week #6
Gratitude & Goodness
(Aug 11,13,15):
In this week’s camp we focus on gratitude through yoga, stories, and crafts. We talk about why it is important to be thankful and ways to incorporate gratitude into our daily lives.
