I love Mother and Me Yoga classes and regret not attending more pre-pregnancy yoga classes. With all three of my boys, I have taken mother and me yoga classes from the age of 2 months to 3 years of age. Yoga is fantastic at helping women recover post-pregnancy from having carried and giving birth to a child(children) whether vaginal or C-section. Most of all, pre-pregnancy working out that helps strengthen the core is very important.
